I bake 100% whole grain sourdough bread using only organic, Montana grown grains milled by Wicked Good Farms. The breads I bake vary weekly but always use one or a combination of the following flours: hard red wheat, hard white wheat, spelt, kamut, and rye. Every loaf I bake is handmade, homemade, and naturally leavened using Vigil (my beloved sourdough starter). I love adding vegetables like roasted red onion, carrot, squash, or sweet potato puree, nuts, seeds, toasted oats, polenta, herbs, etc.....
